Before the turn Breeze storm

Upon hearing the news that Brisa is preparing to replace its toll attendant for automatic payment machines, two thoughts came to mind:

1- Increasingly, is a reality that the work routine will be replaced by either technology or manpower cheaper. So, are the primary responsibility to ensure that we and the work we do is not easily replaceable.

2- Since their profits are up (thanks to all of us, Portuguese citizens), in the early stages of implementation of this measure, Brisa could invest some money that will save on employee expenses, a scholarship to support entrepreneurship and the creation of self employment for people who will be exempted.

” The Mostrengo”

Many of the conversations I have and I hear on the topic of entrepreneurship will hit (always) the same keys: lack of entrepreneurial culture in the country and how we are risk averse. Much of the blame of these two buzzwords are a reality, stems from the fact, such as Mostrengo, the “Old Restelo” are interested in preserving these myths.

It is imperative to change this culture, Were not the old Restelo that provided great achievements! Were people who believed in doing different, which surrounded the people who best know their areas and those who failed, a failed, two and three times to get it right (knew that the failures are part of the path to success).

As John said, the ideal time to go is the Present, rodeemo us from knowledge necessary and we face or mostrengo!

Who goes to war, prepares the ground!

Speaking of entrepreneurship involves passion, but not only. As much as the cost to us enterprising spirits, not a good idea alone is enough. As repeatedly stated Seth Godin, is necessary to produce, deliver products that people want to buy. That is a good implementation.

I venture to add that to a good implementation is a strong fundamental preparation.

We must know the attitudes of people, their needs and motivations. We should study the background, success stories of the century in which we live (the most varied fields of business), but also, projects that went less well (that can give us the best lessons about what not to do or something that can be done in a better way).
Without this knowledge we must proceed with our projects!

I argue that we must constantly be passionate about what we do, however, only if we are good to do something that will meet the need for people like us, we can keep the passion burning!

Supremely Faze

If I'm studying ... so I have to have the best experience of the world. I am responsible for being able to feel accomplished as a student. The minimums are achieved by all! The books and articles I read, I watch the videos, levam-me a construir o meu mapa de aprendizagem, join with a passion for learning and differentiate myself from others.

If I make sure my organization ... I realize that these are the minimum required to be on the market. The quality that will make a difference to my long-term sustainability is how my services / products can meet the needs / desires of my clients.

If I create an organization ... I make the most of knowledge and passion that people can contribute.

How many knives, Supremely Faze

How many knives, supremely faze.
Better, if memory is how we,
Remember that very little.
And if in the very little you can,
Complete freedom of remembrance
You become your master.
