To err is human! Do not do everything in our power to do well done is wrong!

I wrote this sentence on an assessment of my daughter (Total 98% in 100 possible), I was obviously drooling! However, the 2% others are closely linked to lack of attention (quite normal in a child) and in a hurry to finish the job and crave greater challenges (which sometimes leads us to neglect the details).

This is the point! Einstein was wrong enough times, Edison also, both learned from error to error by presenting humanity with outstanding achievements. Making mistakes is part of a learning path with an end in sight!

Too often I hear this phrase be given (I believe so unhappy) by people who wish to refer to a lack of skilled labor to perform tasks eminently practical and repetitive nature (once seized the main techniques for implementing the work becomes routine). Usually such a statement is accompanied by another which says there is an increasingly growing number of unemployed with academic title, if they had bet in one of those professions would not have wasted your time studying for the unemployment.

I will not say that there is no lack of such professionals, but I want to warn is that in the century 21 the demands of the workplace are also, so, also this type of professional will need to have a different preparation. In the specific technical training will be necessary, for example, go joining computer skills, interpersonal communication, project management and network marketing and public relations.

Certainly, not all training grant degrees, however, all should be of, be framed with our objectives and comply “andragogicamente” our individuality.

Do not forget that we should be able to make a difference, otherwise the choice gives solely to the price level.

Brazil one thousand ideas

I just arrived from Brazil, where I conducted a series of meetings in order to begin a process of reflection on the professional learning of the century 21. I believe that this field, Higher Education Institutions and Civil Society Organisations must go hand in hand they will be the big winners of the advances that will achieve.

In this sense, I talked to Directors of Companies, Responsible for Corporate Education, Responsibility of Universities, University Professors, Responsible for Content Creation innovative applied learning at the level of corporate education.

I learned a lot, and hope soon to be part of a group to make proposals to help increase awareness of corporate education (built in partnership with IES and Organizations) as an important pillar for the development of society.

If I'm studying ... so I have to have the best experience of the world. I am responsible for being able to feel accomplished as a student. The minimums are achieved by all! The books and articles I read, I watch the videos, levam-me a construir o meu mapa de aprendizagem, join with a passion for learning and differentiate myself from others.

If I make sure my organization ... I realize that these are the minimum required to be on the market. The quality that will make a difference to my long-term sustainability is how my services / products can meet the needs / desires of my clients.

If I create an organization ... I make the most of knowledge and passion that people can contribute.

Autonomy

This is one word, or better, a concept with which I have crossed quite a few times in the last two weeks.

Autonomy at work
Concept about which I have investigated enough and that companies such as W. L. Gore, Semco, Best Buy, Google, Atlassian, Zappos, SEI Investments, Combs and Meddius, help to prove that when we choose extremely well people that we let, in our organization, and give autonomy to atingirem Lhesan results, doing what you know, can profit (tangible and intangible) very interesting.

Autonomy in learning
The World 2.0 requires a learning 2.0. Welcome to the concept of heutagogia (an “pedagogy” those who learned how to learn). In a world marked by constant change, uncertainty and ease of access to information, have to be increasingly responsible for our education.
