Of all the ideas conveyed in the book, as to what is necessary to succeed in business, I share with you the factors I consider to be the key to success that there are values that are in tune with century 21 and who are experienced and not just used by a fashion:
1. Employees are number one. The way you treat your employees is the way they will treat your customers.

4. Irreverence is OK.
5. It’s OK to be yourself.

7. Take the competition seriously, but not yourself.

10. Always practise the Golden Rule, internally and externally.
